Nicole Serena has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 28 years. She is the Senior Managing Director, PSP Solutions™, a division of Waldron & Associates and the Managing Director of TradeRx™, a new boutique consultancy focusing on Pharmaceutical Trade Relations.  Nicole is not only an expert in the Patient Support Program area, but also has over 15 years of Trade Relations experience including retail, specialty and hospital distribution.   She is an expert at assisting in the launch of new molecules, supporting companies with distribution agreements, and troubleshooting trade relations issues.

Daanyaal Bandukwala has worked in various areas & roles in the pharmaceutical industry. These roles include sales, patient access, trade relations/distribution & marketing. He has experience in different therapeutic areas - Rare Disease/Specialty medicine, Ophthalmology, Oncology & MS allowing for a unique perspective. He has led Strategic/marketing/tactical/financial plans for multiple proucts. In addition to this he has been a franchise lead for new product launch/pipeline planning, loss of exclusivity/biosimilar & competitive strategy. Daanyaal is the Founder & Managing Director of Next Vision Healthcare Consulting – which focuses on advisory for product launch, lifecycle management/LOE, strategic/tactical planning and competitive strategy. He is also the Managing Director of TradeRx™, a new boutique consultancy focusing on Pharmaceutical Trade Relations. Daanyaal’s trade experience includes working with a wide variety of distributors, wholesalers and pharmacies fostering strong relationships. He has led and worked directly on the creation of trade terms, credit models, compliance/regulatory situations & cost containment scenarios.
